Q - How can I see a sample of the service?
A - From a cell phone open a new text message and type TXTME 1001 to 41411. You can also watch our Live YouTube demonstration on our Demo Page

Q - I recieve the first 2 text messages that have propert and realtor information, but I never recieve the property images. Is there something wrong with my service?
A -
No. Some phones, such as the Apple iPhone are unable to recieve images through text messages (Also known as MMS). Please check with your carrier.

Q - Do you provide signs?

A - Yes. We offer standard rider signs at a minimum cost. We can also design signs with specific colors and sizes at an additional charge. Shipping and taxes may apply. Please check out or Pricing Page for more details.

Q - Is a separate code needed for each property that I list.
A - Yes a separate unique code is needed for each property that you list. This code identifies the property description, property photos and your contact info.

Q - What is the cost of this service and is there a contract?
A - There is a flat monthly fee and there is also a one-time setup fee.

Q - Can you text all agents in the a Metro area my listings information?
A - No, the service is per listing and must be requested by a cell phone.

Q - How much does it cost the interested buyer on their cell phone plan? How much does it cost me the agent?
A - Each person's plan varies per carrier we have no control over prices per text message and/or pricing packages. Some carriers may be charge up to $0.10 per text message while other carriers have unlimited text messages included with certain plan.
